Description
Cingaro cigar box containing 68 small socks. Many of the socks have a printed note inside: "This wee little sock, friend, is handed to you/Tis new, 'tis novel. Now will you this do:/Measure each of your feet from the heel to the toe/Find the number of inches in each foot, you know/Then into this cute little sock be so kind/As to drop just one cent for each inch you shall find/At the M.E. Parsonage, Seven Thirty O'clock/the 22nd of february, return us this sock/With all the pennies that in it may be/And so help the Ladies Aid of the Milton M.E."
